Dr. Jerry H. Withers
Dr. Jerry H. Withers has cared for pets at Eola Point Animal Hospital ever since the hospital opened its doors in 1998. Originally from Dunlap, Dr. Withers attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received his Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science in 1987. He continued his education at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1991. He is particularly interested in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, especially anterior cruciate repairs. Dr. Withers is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association, and the Chicago Veterinary Medical Association. When he's not busy with his duties at the hospital, Dr. Withers can often be found watching Chicago Bears and Illini football games. He also enjoys weightlifting. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Rybicki, and their three children.

Dr. Elizabeth Rybicki
Dr. Elizabeth Rybicki is originally from Oswego and has treated pets as a general practitioner at Eola Point Animal Hospital since 2002. A graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dr. Rybicki received her Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science in 1990 and a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1992. She continued her veterinary education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1994. Her professional interests include internal medicine and surgery. Dr. Rybicki is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association, and the Chicago Veterinary Medical Association. At home, Dr. Rybicki and Dr. Withers enjoy the companionship of their four cats, Barbie, Keith, Shadowfax, and Mimi as well as their Irish Setter Schuyler. In her spare time, Dr. Rybicki enjoys going to plays and movies, traveling, reading, and playing games with her children.

AshleyOffice Manager
Ashley began her career in the animal care field in 2001 and joined the Eola Point Animal Hospital staff in August of 2009. She has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Benedictine University and fulfills a number of roles here such as handling the various pets that come to us, helping with X-rays, and various office duties. She enjoys working with animals each and every day as well as being in an environment where she is constantly learning. Outside of the clinic Ashley enjoys being with family and friends, watching movies, going to the theater, enjoying the outdoors, baking and volleyball.

Joslyn -Vet Assistant
Joslyn has been an assistant at Eola Point Animal Hospital since 2006. She loves working with the caring staff and veterinarians and enjoys the opportunities for continuing education at the hospital. She has many outside interests, including roller derby, reading, crocheting, and spending time outdoors with her family. When she's not at work, she can often be found chasing around her two daughters & other members of her zoo! She currently shares her home with 2 cats named Prof. Hank McCoy & Rocket

Kelsey -Vet Assistant
We welcomed Kelsey to the team in February 2018. Kelsey has always loved animals and splits her time between EPAH and a local animal shelter. After earning a bachelors in art from Millikin University, Kelsey returned to the area and will soon be pursuing her veterinary technician certification. Kelsey is enthusiastic about her current path at Eola Point and enjoys learning something new each day! Playing video games, drawing, photography, and volleyball are just a few of her favorite activities outside of work. Kelsey has a unique little kitty named Sage.

Katherine -Vet Assistant
Kathy is an aspiring wildlife veterinarian who joined our staff in October of 2020, after working for a local exotics vet. Her ultimate dream is to be a part of a big cat sanctuary. Currently, she is working on her associate's in Biology/Pre-med at Joliet Junior College. Kathy enjoys the connections she's able to make with our patients and loves watching them improve with each visit. In her free time, she likes skating, playing video games, exploring parks/preserves, cuddling her kitties, and spending time with her friends and family. Kathy currently shares her home with 2 sweet kitties named Sid and Scrat
